DAIDOS is a brand operated by Pedro Silva Holding & Venture Capital Unipessoal Lda.

What we collect

Only what you send in the form: required name and email, optional company and phone, the process description, your type of interest and — only if you choose to include it — your simulation. We also record the date, language, source page and the version of this notice. To limit abuse we store an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of the network address, never the address itself.

Why

To review and answer your request and prepare a possible proposal. We do not send newsletters or advertising and we do not sell or share the data for marketing.

Where it is kept

The website and database are hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. The site uses no advertising cookies. It stores your language preference and your statistics choice locally.

Statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you accept, and only on daidos.pt, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits in aggregate: the public page visited (without parameters), language, a validated campaign source and fixed actions such as opening the form or using the simulator. We never send name, email, phone, company, messages, request references or simulator values. No advertising, Google Signals or user data. No request is made to Google before your choice. The _ga cookies expire after 180 days and your choice after six months. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time under “Statistics preferences” in the footer; refusing stops sending and deletes the _ga cookies. Google may process data outside the EU under the applicable contractual clauses.

How long

We keep the request for up to 24 months after the last contact, or less if you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to contacto@daidos.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
